My client is looking to recruit a proactive and experienced Telesales Executive to join their successful and friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a phone based sales role, as part of a very successful and friendly team to build relationships with existing clients and prospects and to identify business opportunities by qualification on the phone with targets. The aim is to pass leads back into an experienced sales team in order to help sell company products. You will have the opportunity to earn a minimum of 20k+ OTE!

The core role will involve making outbound calls to their prestigious clientele following up recent enquiries that they have made and prospecting current clients of the company.  Managing and developing a portfolio of prospective clients, maximising business opportunities, fact finding to identify opportunities, building rapports with customers, handling objections, following up literature and much more!

The successful candidate's will have a telesales or call centre background and will have first class communication skills. Our client is looking to recruit Telemarketing Executives to join their small and friendly team based in Knaresborough.

You will work on targeted Market Research campaigns on behalf of various customers in order to gather specific information which you will then feed back to the customer within an agreed time frame. The main aim of each campaign is to gather information in order to generate sales leads for the customer and this information is gathered primarily over the telephone.

The ideal candidates will be computer literate with a confident and articulate telephone manner and will have a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships within a similar role.  A background in market research, customer service, business development or telesales is highly desirable.

Ideal candidates will have a sales background with experience of outbound calling and working towards targets, have the ability to build relationships with clients and be a team player.  You must be target driven and have a proactive attitude.

Our client, an exciting and forward thinking company based in Harrogate, are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to join their busy team initially on a 3 month temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent.

The role involves dealing with incoming customer enquiries, being able to convert warm leads into sales and taking every available opportunity to up sell and cross sell the company's services in order to boost sales figures and achieve set targets.  You will also liaise and negotiate with suppliers on a day to day basis in order to provide accurate quotations to customers.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, customer focused and target driven individual who is confident of their own ability to close sales and who possesses excellent customer service and first class communication skills - we need someone who is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to achieve and exceed customer expectations.  You must be computer literate and a background in telephone based sales and customer service would be an advantage.

The working week is Monday to Friday and is worked on a shift pattern - one week on 9am - 5.30pm and then the following week 10am - 7pm.
